Write a letter to yourself as a child.
Oh come on now, come on, of course I’m going to burn this. What do you think I am, stupid? No, no, I’m not stupid. I’ll burn this, and it will be the twelfth.
Don’t give up. Don’t ever give up or you will have lost and you can’t lose. The life you must lead can’t allow for such a thing because you have to be strong, you have to keep your head up and you have to keep on moving. I know, they’re dead, but it can’t get in your way otherwise you’ll lose. Don’t be afraid, either, work hard and keep on learning. One of the most important things can do it keep on learning, the other is to make contacts. Get to know people, because the more people you know the better off you will be. They can get you information and back you up if you say something is right. Keep them happy and they’ll be more than pleased to support you and what you want to do and plan to do.
Stay where you are and take care of Agatha. Make sure you visit Martha and David, keep their graves fresh and presentable because dad would have wanted that. Mom would like it too, make sure you put flowers on both graves. In time, you’ll meet a man called Grissom, but he’s smart, quite smart, he’s also inept, sometimes, and that makes him quite weak. Take advantage of that weakness when you can.
